We at Recovery By Action live with sugar and carb addiction ourselves, with personal experiences and a long journey behind us. It’s this journey that drives our passion to help others living with sugar and carb addiction find their way back to a life filled with quality, dignity, and meaning.
We are both certified – or currently training – as sugar and carb addiction specialists within the field of holistic addictive medicine.
Sofia Nord & Angelica Jyttner
Angelica is certified in SUGAR® and is currently training to become a sugar and carb addiction specialist through Bitten Jonsson’s international program in Holistic Medicine for Addiction (HMA).
She’s a licensed psychologist with extensive experience helping people navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

She’s a licensed nurse and certified vocational teacher in healthcare, with many years of hands-on experience supporting others in their healing journeys.
