If you need to cancel a scheduled treatment, you must do so no later than 48 hours before the appointment.\nPlease note: Different terms apply to the \u201cAdmit Me\u201d primary treatment at our treatment center and the Treatment Package \u2013 see below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we need to cancel your appointment, you will first be offered a new time, and if that is not possible, a full refund of the treatment fee will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you have booked a primary treatment stay, what we call \u201cAdmit Me\u201d, an invoice for a registration fee of 1,000 SEK will be sent to you.\nThe remaining balance will be invoiced at the start of treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you cancel less than 10 days before the treatment begins, the registration fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When booking a treatment package with a monthly subscription, you commit to a 12-month program.\nYou pay a start-up fee of 6,000 SEK for the primary treatment, followed by a fixed monthly fee of 2,250 SEK.\n\nIf you wish to end the treatment early, you may terminate after 6 months, in which case a final invoice will be sent based on the services already provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The total cost of the treatment package is 33,000 SEK, meaning you save 10,145 SEK compared to booking all included services separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you book a treatment with us, we collect certain personal information such as your name, contact details, and any other relevant information necessary to provide you with the best possible care.\nThis data is stored solely for the purpose of managing bookings, following up on treatments, and \u2013 if you consent \u2013 sending news, offers, and updates from our business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle your information in accordance with current data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).\nYour data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
